International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment. Make sure to check the DUTY charges (if any), as these are payable at the time of delivery.
Order Processing & Tracking
Verification: Once the order is placed, credit card processing may take 3-5 business days.
Confirmation: Upon verification, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Tracking: Your shipment can be tracked via DHL or UPS using the tracking ID provided on our website.

Factors: Delivery time depends on payment authorization, order processing, customs delays, and transit time.
Delays: In the event of a delay, customers will be notified via email.
Important Notes
Out of Stock: If a selected article is out of stock, it will be replaced as per the customer’s request.
Customs & Fees: Custom duties and clearance charges must be fulfilled by the customer at the time of delivery.

LOCAL ORDERS
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy.Estimated delivery time ranges from 7-12 working days. Delivery time depends on payment authorization, order processing, custom delays and the transit time. In case of any delay customers are informed via email. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article (s) and if the item(s) in “ MIGS (credit card)” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). – Please do not accept the shipment (s) in any flyer other than TASSELS.
