INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment. Make sure to check the DUTY charges (if any), as it is payable at the time of the delivery. Once the order has been placed, credit card processing may take up to 3-5 business days. Upon verification, customer gets an order confirmation email, it can be tracked from DHL by the given tracking id on the website. If the selected article is out of stock it will be replaced as per the customer’s request. Estimated delivery time ranges from 7-12 working days. Delivery time depends on payment authorization, order processing, custom delays and the transit time. In case of any delay customers are informed via email. Please note: Custom duties and clearance charges must be fulfilled by the customer at the time of the delivery.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy.Estimated delivery time ranges from 7-12 working days. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article (s) and if the item(s) in “ MIGS (credit card)” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). – Please do not accept the shipment (s) in any flyer other than TASSELS.
